Frances and Jeanne

Hurricane Frances started us out in early September 2004. She was a Category 2 and caused a lot of damage further north of me. We were without electricity for one full week. Then exactly two weeks later Hurricane Jeanne came calling, another Category 2 storm. The eye hit within two miles of the eye in Frances. How uncanny and how unlucky for the people who lived there! Both were large storms that covered the entire state of Florida. Hurricane Frances lasted forever, over 12 hours! I thought they were bad but then when Hurricane Wilma hit me directly in October 2005 I thought differently. These two storms combined were not as bad as Wilma!
